When a client’s policy is due to renew, Transactor can ask Clockwork to trigger a text message to the client. 98% of text messages are opened and most of these are read in under 5 seconds so you can be sure your client will read your notification almost immediately.
Notice of adjustments
Send an automatic text message every time a client makes an adjustment to their policy. Add a link for them to view the changes in more detail or to access your contact details easily.
Notice of cancellations
Notify your customers of any cancellations via text message.
General marketing and chase cycles
Transactor can also send marketing messages to your entire database or sections of your database to help with cross-selling and promoting any deals you may be running.
The integration allows Transactor to prefill all the data with information already stored on the client’s system, so it can really speed up automated processes and improve customer service by personalising your text messages. By inserting a link, you will increase click through rates to your website. 50.3% of online traffic comes through a mobile device and 19% of SMS links are clicked compared with only 4.2% of email links.
You can now even set up email forwarding in your Clockwork account to allow responses from customers to be forwarded onto your email addresses. Not looking for responses? That’s fine too, just set your from field to a word such as your company name.
